Exclusive: Gosselin Lawyer to Kate Major – That Contract is Not Worth the Paper It’s Scribbled On

The “contract” Jon Gosselin’s jilted fling, Kate Major, pulled out of her pocket isn’t legally binding, Jon’s lawyer, Mark Heller, exclusively to HollywoodLife.com

Although Radar Online obtained a hand-written note allegedly stating that Jon would hire Kate 2.0 as his personal assistant and pay her a percentage of his “accounts,” Heller is dismissive that the paper would hold any water in court.

“The only value of the purported document that she gave to Radar to put is that it gave her the ability to get in the spotlight again,” says the attorney. “The document has 0 legal status. It is not a contract. It is not a document that’s enforceable and anybody that would initiate a lawsuit based on that document — in my opinion — would be censored and subject to sanctions by the court.. It’s not something that has any legal credential, as it appeared when I looked at it.”

Adds Heller, “It seems that every time Kate Major runs out of money she comes up with what she perceives to be a newsworthy story and cashes in on it. I don’t know what that document is, but its only value is to put her back in the spotlight. It must be obvious to everybody that has been following Kate in the media that Jon Gosselin has become her personal Obama stimulus plan.”
