It’s All Good, Girls! David Beckham’s Foot is A-OK!
You won’t have to miss a minute of David Beckham on the soccer pitch. We’ve learned from the people who’d know about David Beckham — his team and his manager — that Becks will be able to play on Sunday in the Major League Soccer final.
Alarms were high for all the female (and male) soccer nuts around LA after he was spotted sporting a brace on his right foot yesterday. The good news is, as a rep for the team assures us, “The injury is not an issue.” Adds Becks’ manager, “He has tissue bruising. Thankfully there’s no fracture.”
That’s good news for his teammates, as Victoria’s hot hubby already has plenty of championship hardware — he won league titles in England and Spain.
We’re so glad he’s OK…and not just because we like him in shorts, either.
