Mark Salling was spotted cozying up to Audrina Patridge at Us Weekly’s “Hot Hollywood” Party on Nov. 18 at Voyeur Lounge in West Hollywood — and we’re told Audrina was laying a heavy flirt on Mark. Mark and Audrina were then seen leaving the party, en route to another shindig hosted by Samsung later in the night. And all this just three days after the hunk was seen flirting with his Glee co-star, Lea Michele, at the Hammer Museum!
