How gorgeous were The City star’s shimmery, golden eyes at US Weekly’s Hot Hollywood party on November 18th? “A trick to pulling off this dramatic eye look is to blend, blend, blend!” says Amy Nadine, Whitney’s makeup artist who tells you how she created this look. “I used a golden sand color to blend out any hard lines in the crease. Then, to really make the eyes pop, I added a gold color in the inner tear duct which opens and separates the eyes,” Amy says. To keep the focus on the eyes, keep your cheeks and lips light and airy looking with just a swipe of gloss and a natural-hued blush.
