Hey, Oprah — What Are You Really Going to Do Next?

112009_oprah_screengrab_544Oprah shocked the world Thursday with news that she’d be ending her big big big talk show in 2011 to focus on her cable network, OWN.

“I love this show. This show has been my life,” she told viewers on Friday. “This show has been my life. And I love it enough to know when it’s time to say goodbye.”

And while the Queen of All Media may be launching more TV business ventures, we still think she’d kick butt as a political figure, especially because she has more power than most men! Or any number of other things!

Madame O campaigned heavily for our current Prez (we all remember the tears coursing down her cheeks when Barack Obama won the election last year) and has interviewed, oh, just a tad more than a handful of politicians over the past 25 seasons of her hit talk show.

In essence, we think she’d be a natural. What do YOU think? Is Oprah destined for glory in government? Will she be the first woman to reign supreme in the White House? Or something else completely? You tell us!

I think politics may be too restrictive. She could do anything. She’ll be around for a long time.

Hey Oprah,
I really love and adore you and have learnt alot from your shows. It’s always hard to say Good bye to the things you love most but people have to move on. I guess where your heading will be a great deal too. Go lady……….
