Michelle, Love Your Autumn Orange & Are You in Love with Isaac Mizrahi??
The First Lady has a favorite new man—American designer Isaac Mizrahi
She just appeared in on of his uber-flattering outfits for the third time this year and he’s just as smitten. He’s called her “The Carrie Bradshaw of the next ten years”! Wouldn’t you know that just as it’s time for turkey, Michelle O would break out an orange Isaac Mizrahi jacket ($2,800) and sleeveless dress ($2,600) at the White House (November 24), to welcome India’s first lady, Gursharan Kaur.
Isaac’s team told us she’s had the outfit, from the pre-fall 2009 collection, in her closet for a few months and they’re, “so excited that she wore it!” Michelle- you excite us over here, when you look especially smashing.
Now Michelle, this isn’t the first time that you’ve pulled out Mizrahi for a big occasion. You wore a drop-dead purple sheath and matching coat on May 18, and then a white-ruffled blouse from Mizrahi’s lower-priced Liz Claiborne collection on March 5–but I sense a deeper connection between you and Isaac.
You two sure are cute together!
