Rachel Uchitel, Linked To Tiger Woods, Lost Her First Fiance In 9/11 Attacks
It was the beginning of a series of reinventions for Rachel.
We’ve stumbled upon something VERY interesting! Rachel Uchitel, 34, the woman allegedly carrying on an affair with golf pro Tiger Woods, was featured in a June 2005 Cosmopolitan magazine article! It tells the tragic story of how Rachel lost her fiance, Andy O’Grady, in the 9/11 attacks — and how she found love again with then-new hubby Steven Ehrenkranz. The article, published in June 2005, refers to Rachel as a 30-year-old. The dates match up!
Her second marriage to Steven didn’t work out, though. A June 2006 article in the New York Post detailed Rachel’s new relationship with Las Vegas nightclub owner Jason Strauss — and her new job as the VIP hostess of Tao, a popular Vegas club!
“I can sleep at night knowing that Andy would be proud of what I’m doing. That’s enough for me now,” she told the Post in 2006.
Rachel has since split from Jason and moved back to New York, where she briefly worked as the VIP hostess at another club, Griffin. That’s where she allegedly got close to married celebrities David Boreanez and, more recently, Tiger Woods.
