UPDATE: Golf pro Tiger Woods may have been unconscious for up to six minutes following his Nov. 27 car accident, according to new reports — and his wife, Elin Nordegren, had to smash the back window of the SUV with a golf club just to get her husband out of the car! There is also a possibility that Tiger and his wife may have been involved in an altercation, which could explain why Tiger left their home at 2:25 a.m. in the first place. And they certainly would have a lot to fight over, considering the recent National Enquirer report accusing Tiger of having an affair with New York night club hostess Rachel Uchitel.

Tiger Woods is being treated at Florida’s Health Central Hospital after his Cadillac SUV hit a fire hydrant, then struck a tree at around 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 27. Tiger’s wife Elin Nordegren and two children weren’t in the car at the time. Despite the suspicious nature of the crash, an incident report from the Florida Highway Patrol says it doesn’t seem like an alcohol-related accident. However, the crash is still under investigation and possible charges are pending.
