Exclusive! Glee Hormones Don’t Run Amok, Says Guest Star Eve
Is Glee really like high school, with all the crushing and puppy loves going on behind closed lockers? Not according to new guest star, Eve.
Despite reports of some sexual chemistry on-set (hello Lea Michele and Mark Salling!) Eve says that the Glee cast isn’t ruled by hormones like typical high school kids.
“The cast were the loveliest people,” the singer, who’s episode “Hairography” aired on November 25th, tells us exclusively. “You can tell how happy and proud they are to be on the show. It’s infectious. I had the best time.”
But did Eve, who plays the instructor of a rival glee club, actually hang with the cast? Not really, she confesses. “They all kind of move together — they’re a little clique of their own, but they are the sweetest kids,” she says.
And although the rapper didnt actually sing with the cast in the episode – and didn’t help with the creative musical consulting process, either – she’d dig seeing Beyonce’s “Sweet Dreams” performed on-screen. “It’s my karaoke go-to,” she laughs, adding that she’d love to see some Whitney Houston on a future episode as well.
And who knows — if she’s asked back, maybe next time she’ll actually be singing (Wh)it!
