Better watch your back, Blair Waldorf — your crown as Queen B of the Upper East Side is in serious jeopardy!
Why, you may ask? We’ll tell you. Someone way more notorious – who’s had a lot of experience playing Queen – (OK, singing it, but whatever) may just be taking a bite out of the Big Apple.
Cue controversial cutie Adam Lambert, whose boy-on-boy lip service at the AMA’s last week had tongues wagging everywhere.
And the gossip definitely won’t be stopping, if Ad has anything to say about it! The American Idol runner-up confided on Sirius XM Radio that he just might be appearing on CW’s hit show Gossip Girl very, very soon…and at star Leighton Meester’s request!
“I was at MTV [on Tuesday, Nov. 24] and Leighton Meester [who plays Upper East Side princess Blair Waldorf] performed from Gossip Girl,” Adam revealed while guest hosting at the station on Wednesday. He continued, “And after she performed, I went up to her and I went ‘oh, you did a great job.’ And I said I am totally a geek for your show, I love it. She said, ‘you should be on it.’ I said, ‘ummm….can we actually make that happen?’ Because that would be pretty cool.”
And happen it might! A studio spokesperson tells HollywoodLife exclusively, “All of the show’s musical appearances are driven b y storyline. Though there are no plans at this time, we’re pleased to know he’s a fan of the show.”

Hell yes he should be on the show! Adam Lambert would completely rock it. In fact they could have him singing “Strut” in the background at some major Fashion Show and all the Gossip girl crew could be there watching the models strut down the catwalk. That’s one of the images that comes to mind whenever I hear that song of Adam’s. Victoria Secret eat your heart out!
