Jen’s Yoga Instructor, Mandy Ingber, Tells HollywoodLife How to Get The A-Lister’s Hot Bod!
We’re not going to lie — we are green with envy over Jen Aniston’s bangin’ body. But guess what? Her fitness guru (and BFF) Mandy Ingber tells HollywoodLife that you can get her look — and it isn’t even that hard to do. YAY!
“Jen’s routine is absolutely 100% accessible,” Mandy, who launches her new exercise DVD ,“Yogalosophy”, with a party hosted by Jen and Self Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger tonight at Hollywood’s Sunset Towers, tells us. “The key to having a great body is consistency, finding things you can do on a daily basis.”
But what does Jen do on a daily basis?
“It’s not that complicated,” Mandy assures us. “We do 30-40 minutes of cardio in one form or another; elliptical, spinning, any version of cardio, really, and not every time either! Then we do 30-45 minutes of yoga. I like to do sun salutations with her, and a little bit of flow yoga with toning exercises from a chair, squats, lunges, pull-ups from a plank and then ab work. We mix it up like that. And then we’ll always do 15 minutes of stretching.”
Luckily for us, we CAN get Jen’s routine — without actually being physically coached by Mandy. Her new DVD (which Self’s Fitness Director Meaghan Murphy helped create!) has four 30-minute routines (with even some of those fun sun salutes Jen likes so much)!
“Jen’s a big advocate for me,” Mandy tells us, adding that her pal is an icon for health, wealth and well-being. “She really embodies health and wellness. She’s wholesome, balanced and fresh. She does it all, but in moderation. She’s an icon.”
We want to be icons of healthiness too — and now it looks like we can. Thanks, Mandy!
