Who Wore French Connection Better?

Are they secretly BFF or do they both just have really good taste?! Both Stephanie Pratt and Aleaxandra Burke sparkled in the French Connection Spirit Catcher ($348) dress— it’s hard to say who the sequin siren is! Stephanie wore the fun frock in LA on Nov. 18 and less than two weeks later Alexandra opted for the same look in London on November 27. Both ladies kept the look simple and put the dress on full display with dark pumps and bare legs. You both sure know how to shine!
