Elin Won’t Stay With Tiger Reveals Pro Golfer & Close Family Friend Jesper Parnevik
Jesper Parnevik, the man who introduced Tiger and Elin, says Elin can’t be bought
Elin Nordegren “won’t stay for Tiger Woods or the money ($80 million) after what he’s done,” Swedish golf pro Jesper Parnevik tells Ok! Magazine exclusively. ”Swedish women are strong and don’t tolerate much. They can’t be bought.”
Jesper, 49, and his wife Mia actually introduced Tiger to Elin in 2001, and have remained close to the couple ever since. Elin was a nanny for the Parneviks when they introduced her to Tiger at the British Open, and Jesper feels terribly responsible now for that introduction. Elin was completely blindsided by Tiger’s action, he tells the mag, insisting, “There is no way [Elin] knew about these woman and just turned a blind eye.”
When stories first started coming out about Tiger’s other women, Jesper confessed, “I really feel sorry for Elin, since me and my wife were at fault for hooking her up with him. We probably thought he was a better guy than he is. I … need to apologize to her.”
A clearly guilt-ridden Jesper also tells OK!, “I don’t see her being able to continue to love someone who violated her trust so thoroughly.” Elin is in horrible shock, Jesper says. ”No woman should have to tolerate the pain she’s tolerating now.”
But Jasper has hope for her in the future. “She will find a way to pull through this for herself and her children,” he says. ”She has that maternal instinct in her that makes her a great mother. We’ve seen her many times with her children. They adore her.”

Jesper P. has every right to express his opinion on the TW/Elin situation.
If it weren’t for Tiger’s arrogant, cheating behavior over time….we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
TW, while a very good golfer deserves every bit of scorn and derision headed his way. Elin needs to go and see her OB/GYN and get checked out. No telling what TW has passed along to her.

Marriage on America 2009, what a pathetic state of affairs. Fuelled by stereotypes dictated by the media love has taken a back seat to social expectations born on screen. Lost are the family moments shared doing siple things replaced by electronic games, the internet,and harried schedules creating a world of stress urivalled in the history of man.
Un-realistic expectations create social expectations which turn into social disapointments which leads to 75% of all marriage ending the first year, and only 5% surviving the five year mark.
Let us all celebrate the fact that the little caublasian kid made good and got to reakize his dream of having a herom of white bitches, and his ol’ lady is set…….set, and so are the kids, it don’t get better for everyone concerned. He is free from his emotional chains, she from his pursestrings.

@Robby22: Your point is taken about the princess behaviour. However, society should also be concerned about bringing up young boys better so that they realize women are not disposable and actually get bored too. I guess Elin was not stupid, 13 misstresses and counting, should say a lot about the relationship they had..I bet she had some side dishes as well..One shouldn’t take marrying and taking children lightly, all the screwing around by people in a ‘relationship’ makes me sick..Just find out first what you want in your life before making any false commitments. But I guess young boys are brought up with the pressure of marrying and taking care of someone; because it’s easy to always have ‘it’ available..Everything else is a bonus.

i agree with sirron10, it’s only natural to run after as many women as possible. What women don’t realize is how easy it is to prevent it from happening. We are just plain dumb as a society in the way we bring up young girls with the princess mentalities that are really destructive.

i think everyone is missing the point. It’s about satisfying your partner, emotionally and sexually, putting your partner before all else, including the children. Women just don’t get it and then they wonder why men run off on tangents.

I Congratulate Jesper Parnevik for stepping up to the plate. He has full right and responsibility to do so, because she is family to him and Jesper’s wife, and secondly he introduced the PUNK (tiger) to her!!
As a man, I would feel just the way Jesper feel’s and would also feel obligated to defend her honor..
Good job Jesper..At least someone can tell it to Tiger’s face. Like Father Like Son..His father also taught him a very Loose lifestyle, and His mother taught him how to stay focused, but neither appeared to speak to him about the most important thing in life and that is CHARACTER!!
Tiger was to hailed as the rainbow Messiah and he has shown himself to be no better than a TV counterfeit christian Evangelist!!!
Tiger’s got Game, however He has NO NAME!! A proverb: It is better to have a good name than Silver and Gold!! To bad MAMA TIDA has not taught him that most valuable lesson!!

Lets not have politics here.
I will say this though.
For years one group of tax payers (segment of the population) was in the white house and they wanted to spend moe then 1 trillion on a useless war in Iraq.
Now, another group of taxpayers is in the white house and wants to spend more than 1 trillion inside the USA on things that benefit Americans.
To me its just a matter of roughly 50% of the population having its way and then the other 50% of the population has its way also.
Theres nothing wrong with that.

Jesper Parnevik, maybe having his own financial problems that is why he’s speaking out. While I feel bad for what happened to Elin, it is not Jespers role to play the role of a father. Fine for introducing Elin to Tiger, and that is about it. He can sing his regret note from now till the end of time, what has happened has happened, he can not remake history. If Elin didn’t meet tiger, who knows who she could have ended up with. Maybe an assasin or a rapist. I’ve heard this kind of diatribe in the past, when Bill Clinton was caught having sex with Lewiski. The Republicans were all over him. Those who unleashes their hypocracies on Clinton then, have all fallen victims of the same womanizing. Jesper Parnevik stop your rhetoric, and concentrate on your family.

There is no excuse for cheating on your wife, all it shows is that Tiger is just irresponsible, inconsiderate, and disgustingly unfaithfull!
Lonely with wife and children, and one women after the other? He’s just a philanderer and a whoremonger, and these women are just a bunch or whores with different faces!

Tiger blindsided all of us. What was carefully hidden, even while his father was alive, was his love of the ladies! I knew his father was like that but you never got a hint or a clue of the depth of what it was really like.
Now we see just how much and to what depth Tiger played the field. I don’t see her living with him much longer. Especially after he told Rachael he was in love with her. He was too young to get married, but maybe his mother just wanted grandchildren since Tiger is an only children.
The whole saga is sad. It also shows us just how lonely Tiger was & how he decided to fill that loneliness while becoming the #1 golfer in the world.
Who was it that said, “Lonely is the head that wears the crown.”

I can’t understand why anyone would pay someone they’re running from to stay; it seems like they’d pay for them to go away. Isn’t that more of the norm?
