To get gorgeous, Kim spent the morning of Dec. 10 holed up with a pal getting treatments at The Ritz Carlton’s La Prairie Spa in NYC.
The Atlanta lady traded in her jeans, V-neck white Henley, black-studded shoes and signature big sunglasses for a fluffy robe and total relaxation. She emerged hours later, glowing and fresh-faced, after having had a massage, facial and Platinum Rare Infusion replenishing enhancement.
