FIRST LOOK! “Sex and The City 2″ Movie Poster … But What’s Wrong With This Picture?
SJP, we’re so excited to see you strutting your stuff on the new movie poster, but you’ve got some explaining to do!
With New Moon craze taking over, Sex and the City: 2 excitement had waned a little bit … until now! The very first teaser poster for the sequel was released today, Dec. 10, and while Sarah Jessica Parker is definitely throwing around plenty of “Carrie Chic” posing in a white Halston Heritage dress, dazzling Christian Louboutin heels and a matching gold Chanel clutch (at least we know her closet isn’t rocked by the recession!), there’s a lot missing from this picture!
First off, where are the girls … plural? Sarah Jessica Parker posed for this poster pic back in September, when she, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis were shooting in New York City — so why the snub? More girls means more fashion so we hope Carrie plus Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte will be together again — four strong — again!
Second, notice how Carrie’s ring finger is craftily hidden? With all the rumors floating around that Mr. Big might cheat on her and they may be headed for a breakup — again— does that omission mean she’s back to being Ms. Bradshaw? Hmm.
The sequel hits theaters May 28, 2010, but we’ll be watching to see exactly what happens in the run-up to the next Sex!
