He’s got your award, he’s got your magazine cover — and soon he’ll also be a part of the vampire craze!

The name Sean Faris may not get your heart racing just yet — but it will when the under-the-radar hottie joins the cast of The CW’s The Vampire Diaries in the new year. And we’ve got two more reasons for you to love Sean: His big career accomplishments are starting to eerily mirror Rob Pattinson‘s and Taylor Lautner‘s!

Twilight fans screamed their lungs out when Rob and Cam Gigandet accepted their award for “Best Fight” at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards — but guess what, Rob? Sean did it first! He won “Best Fight” at the same awards show in 2008 for his on-screen scuffle with Cam in their action hit Never Back Down!

And Taylor, you’ve got some competition too! Your Dec. 2009 Men’s Health cover may have turned a few heads at newsstands, but Sean just might out-do you with his beefy Feb. 2010 cover. We’ll just have to wait a few months to see how it does… but feel free to enjoy the preview right here.
