Sienna, Are You Nuts? Why Would You Give Your Cheating Ex, Jude Law, Another Chance?
You are totally a glutton for punishment, Ms. Miller!
Apparently, Sienna Miller has never heard the saying, “Trick me once, shame on you. Trick me twice, shame on me.”
Why? Sienna, who turns 28 today and clearly still hasn’t learned her lesson, is back in the arms of her love rat ex-fiancé Jude Law, 37, who publicly cheated on her with his children’s nanny, Daisy Wright, back in 2005. In addition to being a two-timing scumbucket, Jude is also a total cliché! (Really, who does it with the nanny? That’s like sleeping with your secretary!)
And now SIENNA appears to be the cliché, if she truly believes that Jude has changed his ways. The couple, who became engaged on Christmas day in 2004, spent another Christmas together, this time five years later, as they frolicked on the beaches of Barbados with his kids Rudy, 7, Iris, 9, and Rafferty, 13, as well as her mother, Jo and sister Savannah . It appears that Jude has succeeded in winning over not just Sienna, but her family too – as both Jo and Savannah publicly condemned the British actor after the couple split. (We know how he did it, too…he must have paid for the whole darn vacation!)
Despite their messy history – Jude had to issue a public apology after he got caught red-faced and bare-assed with the nanny – we’ve been speculating for weeks that these two former flames were reuniting romantically.
The two just happened to be starring on Broadway at the same time this fall – he in Hamlet and she in After Miss Julie – which led to intimate dinners and clandestine dates, before embarking on their cutesy vacation.. Jude even told HollywoodLife.com at his NYC premiere of Sherlock Holmes Dec. 17 that he’d be spending the holidays with his kids (but conveniently forgot to mention his ex, natch).
Sienna and Jude definitely seem to be having a blast together on the sandy beaches of Barbados, wearing next to nothing but skimpy swimsuits and smiles, but will it last, or is this just a case of summer-esque loving? And by loving, yes, we mean a ‘summer fling.’
Love hasn’t been easy for either since their 2005 split. Sienna had a rumored fling with Diddy and a very real and equally home-wrecking affair with married daddy of four Balthazar Getty (getting back at Jude much, Sienna?) while her ex fathered a daughter, Sophia, with fling Samantha Burke this year.
Maybe there two really are meant for each other. Maybe not. But Sienna, we urge you to beware. If we’ve learned anything this year, it’s that a Tiger never changes his stripes.
