Brad & Maddox bond at Avatar!

This sounds like a fun day! On Dec. 28, Brad Pitt, 46, took son Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 8, to an afternoon showing of James Cameron‘s epic 3-D hit Avatar today at the AMC Lowes Kips Bay theater in New York City!

Brad left the other toddlers — Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh — at home so that the oldest of the brood could see the hottest movie of the year!

Multiple sources tell HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the boys had a ball, playing in the theater’s video game arcade area before heading into the movie.
