When word got out in October that Real Housewives of NYC star Bethenny Frankel was pregnant, the 38-year-old reality star was naturally nervous.  ”It’s premature to be telling people,” she said at the time. ”I haven’t even gone through my first trimester. We haven’t even heard the heartbeat.”

But judging from this new photo, where Bethenny shows off her new baby bump in an instructional yoga DVD, things are going well for the mommy-to-be.  Not only is she pregnant, she’s engaged to Jason Hoppy, and her second book, “The SkinnyGirl Dish,” just came out. What a big change from last year, when she was single, and frustrated that she would never start a family!

Well, Bethenny, looks like 2010 is going to be your year!
