Brooke Mueller thought her husband, 44-year-old actor Charlie Sheen, was going to kill her early Christmas morning in Aspen as he straddled her on the bed with a knife to her throat, reports TMZ. In fact, the attack left such deep marks on the 32-year-old’s throat that Brooke’s mother, Moira Fiore, could see them hours after the fight. Moira, a Palm Beach socialite, told friends that Brooke’s neck was “definitely red” when she saw her after the incident, adds Page 2 Live. Read more

UPDATE: Charlie Sheen And Brooke Mueller Had "Sober Minders" The Day Of The Fight!

Latest updates! Charlie and Brooke drink despite having sober minders at their ill-fated Christmas Eve dinner!

UPDATE : Even though both Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen had alcohol in their systems at the time of the domestic dispute, RadarOnline is reporting they were accompanied by “sober minders”, hired individuals who help their clients refrain from alcohol. Unfortunately, the couple’s sober minders were not in the same area of the house when the fight broke out when Brooke told Charlie she wanted a divorce. Charlie Sheen was released from jail Friday evening, Dec. 25, after posting an $8,500 bond. Radar Online also reports that his wife, Brooke Mueller, claims Charlie choked her, which led to his Christmas morning arrest for second-degree assault in Aspen.
