Jon G comes out swinging against Hailey’s accusations this morning, Dec. 28, that he staged his own break-in.

His attorney, Mark Heller, tells Hollywoodlife.com exclusively that on the day of the alleged break-in, Dec 26, Jon went into his apartment and less than a minute later he is seen on video running out to get the building management, “The videos will show there was no time to trash the apartment,” says Heller. “Someone will be observed walking out with these large items and it won’t be Jon. Jon’s ex girlfriend Hailey Glassman admits she went into his apartment but says she only took things that belonged to her, “Hailey was entitled to take all of the pieces (reportedly a television and dishware) that she took,” says her attorney, Stephanie Ovadia. “Hard evidence speaks for itself,” adds Heller.”There will be sequestered videos from the building and they will reflect people coming in and out and show the time on it. Jon is the most photographed man in the world and he doesn’t need a hoax to be in the media.”
