Hailey Glassman‘s litigatrix Stephanie Ovadia tells us the two ex-lovewrecks will be in the same room shortly to discuss the alleged altercation that drove Hailey to file a harassment claim against Jon Gosselin with the NYPD. NYPD confirms to us that, in the complaint, which Hailey filed in person, she alleged that Jon pushed her against a wall in the NYC apartment they shared, reportedly after he saw photos of her kissing another man.
