Would you be brave enough — especially after having twins, Max and Emme — to go public in a skintight sparkly full-body bodysuit?
Jennifer Lopez was, and how amazing did she look and sound last night, performing in Times Square on New Year’s Eve!! Aside from the fact that there wasn’t a hint of an extra ripple of baby weight showing, she danced her pants off pretty much and her “Let’s Get Loud,” clearly kept the crowd warm in the freezing temperatures. If Dick Clark doesn’t beg her to come back to next year’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve Show, then … they’re nuts.
One last point — J. Lo — you sure kicked 40 in the face. I dare anyone younger to keep up — WELL DONE, bootylicious mama!
But not everyone was as crazy about your red-hot suit. New York’s Daily News has interviews a few nay-sayers who weren’t exactly fans of the outfit, including one concertgoer who said, “There’s too many wrinkles. It looks like elephant skin.” And a confused Twitter user said the outfit “made her look like some kind of weird naked barbie doll.”

I’d be embarrassed wearing that thing and the other things she did on stage, wonder what her kids will say in years to come. Going to think twice before watching New York New Years Eve Celebrations from here out. Blessings for the Strength she had to get on that stage to perform so soon after having babies.
