Adam Lambert Wants You to Know (Yet Again) That He REALLY Wants to be on Gossip Girl
Come on, CW – throw Adam a bone here….he really wants to play Blair Waldorf’s shopping buddy!
We get it, Adam! You’ve said it once, and you’re saying it again: You’re just dying to land a role on Gossip Girl — and not just because you’ve got the love for Leighton Meester.
“Oh yeah. I’d love to be on Gossip Girl! Leighton is amazing,” Adam, 27, wrote on his Twitter page Jan. 7 about the show’s 23-year-old star, Leighton.
Producers of the hit CW show should take note — the former Idol already has an idea of what his character should do for a living. “I should be blairs shopping buddy. Hahah,” he tweeted, referring to Leighton’s character, bratty socialite Blair Waldorf, who’s got one heck of a couture wardrobe.
But if joining Manhattan’s elite doesn’t work out, Adam’s got his eyes on some other projects. “If I had to pick a show to guest star on I’d loooooooove to be on True Blood. Or Weeds.” Why? “Those shows are amazing. Prob need some major acting classes though first. The casts of both those shows are first rate.”
Unfortunately for all you Glee fans, the Season 8 American Idol runner-up WON’T be appearing on a second Fox show. He tweeted, “Glee guest star rumor is just a rumor. Sorry guys.”
