Cheers, Nina Dobrev! The star of the hit CW series “The Vampire Diaries” is 21 today — and she’s taking to her Twitter to express her happiness! “Thanks to everyone on twitter for the early birthday wishes,” she tweeted. “I’m feeling the love- its cold in georgia but you’re warming my heart and soul.” She got an on-set surprise Jan. 8 when she walked into her trailer and found it full of decorations and presents! It’s nice to see a TV show with such a friendly cast — they’re really like a little blood-sucking family.

And like all new 21-year-olds, Nina’s still getting used to the change. “Wow. 21. I’m legal.” she tweeted. Go out and celebrate tonight, Nina! You deserve it.
