Jon Gosselin‘s ex Kate Major is denying rumors that she’ll be going fist to fist with Jaimee Grubbs, one of Tiger Woods‘ many alleged mistresses, in an upcoming Celebrity Boxing match. Though Celebrity Boxing’s Damon Feldman told us a fight was in the works, Kate says she’ll pass on the opportunity. ”They’ve offered to train me to fight, but that’s not something I want to do,” Kate tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Not a smart career move.” But even though Kate won’t be entering the fray herself, there is one match she wants to be a part of — Jon vs. Michael Lohan! “I’d love to see [Jon] get in the ring and for once in his life man up,” Kate says.

Michael and Jon’s epic showdown is supposed to take place in May at the Palm’s Casino in Las Vegas — that is, if Jon accepts the challenge. He’s reportedly being offered $120,000 to square off against Michael, and Kate’s keeping her fingers crossed. “I’d like to be the number girl, or even announce,” she tells us. “I’m definitely going to be involved. I’ll be supporting Michael 100 percent.”
