They’ve both hit the red carpet without shaving!
Mo’Nique‘s custom made Reem Acra gown was a perfect choice for The Golden Globes… but what lurked underneath the dress wasn’t quite as lovely. While she made her way down the red carpet before the show, the Golden Globe winner showed off her legs — and boy were they hairy! Mo’Nique is famously proud of her furry gams, but believe or not, she isn’t the first starlet to show off some hair on the red carpet. Remember when Julia Roberts showed up at the 1999 premiere of Notting Hill with hairy armpits? Ladies, we’re all being comfortable in your own skin — but when it comes to shaving before a major event, it’s just something you have to do!

What does it say about a person that they are afraid of a woman’s natural body?
Body hair is not scary! I think it is really awesome that these women have said “we don’t like shaving, so we’ll stop!” People: it is an option! you don’t have to do it if you don’t want to…
