Sorry Jared, but you’re just like the rest of us … As cute as you may be, you still weren’t allowed to hang out with K-Stew at The Runaways afterparty!
Now here’s a Hollybummer if we ever heard one .. As cool as hipster rocker Jared Leto may be, even HE was denied access to Kristen Stewart, 19, and her Runaways posse at the film’s Sundance afterparty Jan. 24.
We caught the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman trying to ease his way into the VIP area at the Bing.com fete at GoldBar in Park City, Utah – and getting DENIED.
After getting blocked by security, the hunky former My So-Called Life star, 38, pulled the ‘don’t you know who I am?” card. Um, for the record – no, security didn’t. The bodyguard in question looked Jared straight in the eye and said, “Actually, no.”
But – like us – the baby blue-eyed crooner would do whatever it would take to hang out with the cool kids — Kristen, Dakota Fanning, Riley Keough and Joan Jett – and ducked under the bodyguard’s burly arm and leaving his friends outside before finally gaining clearance.
Unfortunately, it takes more than a hunky musician to infiltrate the K-Stew circle; Kristen continued to hang out with only her girls.
We get it. Who needs a Leto when you have a Pattinson?

I do not know whether this story is true or false !
But if it is true Jared should not have behaved like that since he is an icon himself. Who is Kirsten Stewart anyway ? Jared leto has been around far more years and has been a celebrity for over a long period of time , unlike Kirsten ! She came into the picture only recently.
Jared has amazing good looks ( though not now ! ) so that any woman would want him. He does not have to go after school girls like Kirsten. He should not be so cheap ( this is only if this story is true ! ) .
Jared should maintain his dignity and do his own thing.
Anyway I am told that Jared does not go in for very young girls ! So this story can be false.
I think that he might have wanted to meet Joan Jett only, since she is an accomplished rock singer !

This story is completely false, and Jared has already denied it. Why not report something truthful – like how Jared took part in both Haiti telethons last week, or that he’s donated thousands of dollars towards Haiti relief, or that the 30 Seconds to Mars auction for Haiti raised over $100K? Honest reporting is really far more uplifting than malicious gossip.

what happened to him… he seemed to have so much potential for hotness, and he just turned into, yuck. though, i can’t believe he’s 38. he looks like a teenager in that pic. sad that he turned into a loser… sad, sad, sad.

Ya, sad that you actually believe this even after Jared denied the rumors himself. It seems like everyone prefers to believe in the negative rumor’s side than the actual source. Very sad indeed that we have this type of society.
