Don’t you think these two make a cute couple? We’d love to see their on-screen romance translate into the real deal

Park City, Utah is pretty darn chilly this time of year, but Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams still managed to set off sparks of heat as they strolled down the red carpet together at the Sundance Film Festival premiere of their new film, Blue Valentine, on Jan. 24.

We kind of think Ryan looks like the picture-perfect DILF. Just insert Michelle’s real-life daughter Matilda, 4, (her dad is the late Heath Ledger) for Blue co-star Faith Wladyka, and you’ve got the ideal Hollywood family.

Michelle, 29, has been single since splitting with director Spike Jonze last year, and Ryan split from Canadian actress Rachel McAdams in late 2008. It’s about time the two of them had a romantic relationship….and who better to love than the one you’re with?

According to PopSugar, the movie has some pretty steamy scenes between the two – which should only naturally be carried over into real life.
