Twitter fanatic Alyssa Milano just tweeted her cutest announcement ever! “On a cuteness scale of 1-10, my babies are an 11″ she wrote, linking to this adorable photo of her little puppies. 

Well, Alyssa, you have some serious competition!  Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, and Miley Cyrus are all on the puppy love bandwagon, too!  They should all get together with their dogs … it would be a cute overload!
