Hayden is tired of being the stereotypical blonde — she wants to be taken more seriously
Hayden Panettiere, 20, debuted a new ‘do Jan. 20 while in Miami with her new BF boxer Wladimir Klitschko, 33 – so when we spoke with her Jan. 27 at the NYC premiere of HBO’s new bio pic Temple Grandin we asked her what’s with the deep red locks?! “Why the red hair?” she said jokingly. “Because I could … because I was tired of being a blonde.”
But we thought blondes have more fun?! “I feel like I don’t have to over compensate as much personality-wise when I have red hair as I did when I had blonde hair,” she admits. “But cute, fun, little [and blonde] it’s just so one category and one thing. It’s fun to change things up.”
This was her ‘Big Apple’ unveiling because the starlet had been in Miami with her new beau since New Year’s Eve.
