Ne-Yo may have found success with his album Year of the Gentleman in 2008, but he’s willing to admit that this year is all about the ladies. He hosted OK! magazine’s 3rd Annual Midnight Grammy Brunch on Jan. 30, and talked to HollywoodLife.com about the three big women of 2010: Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga. “It’s definitely the year of the women,” he told us exclusively. “It’s all about female empowerment and all that stuff and I’m all for it. … How can they not win? They’re the only ones nominated in the whole damn awards.” But don’t think for a second that Ne-Yo disapproves of their success. He told us he’d be happy to work with any of them.
“Well, I’ve never done a song with Beyoncé,” he told us. “I would like to do that. Lady Gaga — I would like to do a song with her. Taylor Swift, I would like to do a song with her, too. Why not?”
