If Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen do separate in the wake of the messy domestic dispute that occurred over Christmas, child services won’t be so quick to grant Brooke custody of her one-year-old twins Max and Bob. Now that she’s checked herself into the Two Dreams Outer Banks drug and alcohol rehab facility in North Carolina for alleged crack addiction, a court may rule that she isn’t a fit mom. “Child Protective Services look at a few things, including the past history of parents and the current happenings,” Los Angeles-based family attorney Michael G.
