Pamela Anderson is trading in her stripper pole for tap dancing shoes — she’s joining the season ten cast of “Dancing with the Stars,” according to a source for RadarOnline.com!
“She really wanted to do the show, and the show thought it was a great idea,” said the source.
Hmmm…so is Pam getting the blonde spot on the show instead of Kate Gosselin? Kate told Jay Leno in December that she wanted to be on “Dancing with the Stars” because “I cannot dance”. “I want to laugh at myself. I so cannot dance. It would be a sad sight.”
Now, the question is: Did ABC choose Pam because Kate REALLY DOES have two left feet?
We can’t blame Pam for wanting to do the show, it would be a great career move – she could use the boost right about now. No doubt she has comeback envy after watching Donny Osmond, Kelly Osborne, and Mario Lopez do huge career rehab with their performances.
And Pam could probably use the cardio workout too. At 42, she’s been more infamous for her partying recently than her perfect figure.
Pam will be coming on the show at a time when “Dancing with the Stars” could use a little Pam-Power — last season, the show had the lowest ratings since it premiered in 2007, averaging 17 million viewers, down 13% from a year prior.
“Pam is thrilled and so is the show,” the source said.
The season premiere is Mar. 22 — stay tuned!

i love pam, but sadly, she is really not looking good these days. she used to be able to pull off a cute/pretty thing, even, somehow, with those huge implants… but now, she really looks hard and plastic. very sad. i still love you pam!
