Whoa, Beyoncé! You Totally Slipped & Fell During Your Concert In Brazil!

At least she managed to get back up and move on pretty quickly.

Beyoncé, 28, had herself a little accident at a recent concert in Brazil. While belting out one of her big numbers, she slipped and fell … again! Yes, this isn’t the first time she’s had an on-stage fall (remember when she tumbled head first down the stairs during a 2007 concert in Orlando?) We’re hoping the rule of threes isn’t going to apply here, but we’ll still be keeping an eye on Beyoncé just in case.
