Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Want You To Know: We’re Not Breaking Up!
They’re even suing a British paper over break up claims!
Brad Pitt, 46, and Angelina Jolie, 34, are doing everything they can to show the world they’re still a happily committed couple. Not only did they show major PDA at last night’s Super Bowl, but now they’re suing British publication News of the World for running a story claiming they plan to split. Brangelina’s lawyer Keith Schilling says the newspaper’s claims are “false and intrusive” and is furious that the paper hasn’t met “reasonable demands” for an apology. The story was picked up by countless other media outlets, which has only made matters worse for News of the World.
Sorrell Trope, the divorce lawyer who was said to have met with Brad & Angie also released a statement: “I have had no contact from Angelina Jolie and/or Brad Pitt,” he said. “I have never met… your clients or had any involvement with either of them. The foregoing is true with respect to all other members of this firm.”
