Kirstie Alley Returns To TV With a Weighty New Program That Will Document Her Struggle to Drop Some Serious Pounds
Will you watch Kirstie try her hardest to lose 75 pounds on her new reality show?
Kirstie Alley is back in a big way (sorry, we had to do it) and is using her new reality show Kirstie Alley’s Big Life to document her weight loss journey; she’ll attempt to shed the 75 pounds she originally lost – and regained – in 2005.
“I think it’s stupid to say you’re full-figured,” the 59-year-old actress says in the above trailer, released Feb. 8. “F–k you, you’re fu–ing fat!” Kirstie – never one to mince words – seems to have another motive here as well. “I look forward to being the skinny booty call instead of the fat booty call.” We’d never suggest losing weight for a man, but get yours, Kirstie!
The show premieres Mar. 21 on A&E, and will follow the Emmy winner as she juggles her show, losing weight, stardom and being Mom to her adopted kids, True, 18, and Lillie, 16. She’ll also try to launch a weight loss company, but for now, Kirstie’s focus is keeping her life big and full, while making her body small.

59 yrs old????!!! good grief she looks like she’s in her 40’s to me. If I had her kinda money, I would hire a cook 24/7 to make delicious meals that restrict my calories, and hire a personal trainer… ahhh wishful thinking… I’m my own cook, and no trainer here
