Did you write a poem for your man on Valentines’s Day? Heidi Montag did, and says Spencer “has brought me Heaven on Earth!”

After she tweeted that Spencer surprised her — “with lingerie from Frederick’s of Hollywood! how romantic!” no less — the highly surgically-altered star of The Hills debuted her triple Ds and finally moveable face at Pure Nightclub at Caesar’s Palace on Sat, Feb 13th, where she and hubby Spencer hosted a party, presumably in honor of Valentine’s Day.

Meanwhile, the couple celebrated their first V-Day as married people on Feb. 14! ” This is my first Valentine’s Day  married!!! Wow!” And it only got better from there, Heidi tweeted. The couple was “ordering pizza for a romantic night in,” she shared. As for the poem, it was epic, but not always grammatical — ” Now that I found you it make me always want to sing, Of your highest love and light and all the miracles that you bring … My heart melts for you like the lava of the Earth, Our souls intertwine and connect as one, We are free as the winds and dolphins…”

Heidi’s loving mood extended to on/off BFF Lauren Conrad, who has described Heidi’s full body and face makeover as ” a look”. She tweeted her, wishing her “happy valentine’s day, love.”
