No one wants to be caught on the Oscar red carpet with a blemish or pasty skin! Scott-Vincent Borba, celebrity skincare guru and founder of Borba cosmeceuticals tells you what he tells his clients like Ashley Greene to do two weeks before a big event!
Get Waxed & Tan!
- “This is when I tell my clients that they have to have their leg and eye brow waxing sessions done in case of abrasions. Also, they should test out the color of their spray tan. Always have a trusted friend (or celeb assistant) take pics from an HD handheld camera to see how the color comes across on camera.”
DIY Hair Masks Add Shine!
- “Every third day prior to your nightly shower, take a bowl and mix it with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, one egg and a pack of gelatin. Massage this through the entire head and roots and watch your hair shine. Do this about 4 or 5 times prior to the big reveal so that you can give your hair time to retain its shine and work better with styling products.”
