‘Mama Sox’ sang lullabies before she belted out the hits!

24-year-old Elliston, Ohio native Crystal Bowersox dedicated her American Idol audition to her nine-month-old son Mason, and this precious video from September 2009 shows just how much she loves him.

If you’re a fan of the show, you’re probably not used to hearing Crystal’s softer side — hippy-fied ‘MamaSox’ is more apt to using her power pipes to belt out Janis Joplin — so this video is a rare treat.
