Hilary Duff‘s engagement to her longtime boyfriend Mike Comrie didn’t overshadow Haylie Duff on her 25th birthday! Haylie opened up to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about her sister’s Feb. 17 engagement … that just happened to coincide with Haylie’s big day.
Even though Hil missed her sister’s bash, Haylie gushes, “I think Hilary was so surprised! I’m so happy for them and know she is going to be a beautiful bride.” Now that is some sisterly love!
Of course Haylie had some celebrating to do of her own that weekend. She and her hot boyfriend Nick Zano, 31, celebrated the big 2-5 with a blow-out bash at Vegas nightclub Vanity on Saturday Feb. 20!
“Nick and Haylie seemed really lovey-dovey,” one eyewitness says of the couple. “They were kissing, holding hands, dancing and having a great time in general.”
