Reese Witherspoon, 33 is still getting hot and heavy with her 39-year-old CAA agent Jim Toth! The two were seen having dinner again. Check out this video of them from E! Online.
Our sources say he is the perfect guy for Reese to move on from 29-year-old Jake Gyllenhaal with!
“Jim is the perfect kind of guy for Reese,” an industry insider tells Hollywoodlife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He’s got his head in the business and can be a great foundation of support for her, she needs trust.” Jim must be an important guy for Reese, a dedicated mom, she reportedly broke it off with Jake because she wanted to spend more time with her kids, Ava, 10 and Deacon, 6. He’s definitely doing something right to give her a reason to leave her little cuties at home.
The pair dined at Pace in Laurel Canyon on a rainy Feb. 24. And according to the UK Daily Mail, Jim and Reese were huddled in a corner for at the romantic neighborhood hideaway during “a very flirtatious” date. Obviously the perfect scene for the two to continue getting to know each other!
Just like last time, Jim, who’s an agent at Creative Artists Agency — the same firm that represents the 33-year-old Oscar winner — paid for the entire meal. He can certainly afford it with top clients like Robert Downey Jr., Salma Hayek, Matthew McConaughey and Usher on his list.
The couple left the restaurant after a couple hours looking extremely happy and relaxed. Both were dressed for the weather, sporting jeans, winter coats and boots. Reese and Jim were laughing and giggling all the way to their car and while she played coy with the cameras at first, her trademark smile finally gave way. Look’s like there is definitely love in the air.

Whatever!! She deserves a second chance with a REAL man (Marriage). I heard her ex-hubby did the same to his girlfriend! Karma, what goes-around….etc..

Really negative people here.She date Jake for years, os th eterm “whore” really is wrong. I think she was foolish to let Jake get away, but he clearly wanted to move on and find someone to spend his life with. She clearly has trust issues. Oh well, I still like her.

Reese is a whore. Jake is better off without her. I suppose when she said that she wanted to spend more time with her children she meant by sleeping with the first guy who made eyes at her. She’s disgusting.

Jim Toth Is 39 not 33 and RDJ, Salma and Matthew are not his clients, he wishes.
He was a gofer for Reese’s agent at CAA and has a few C-list clients. There is no need to get to know one another since they already know each other. She says that she wants to spend more time with her kids but she chooses to date a player similar to her ex-husband. She broke up with Jake because she didn’t want to get married, but from other “sources” he is looking to settle down.
Well Jim you better find someone else since Reese has no interest in settling down. Maybe Jim can date Abbie Cornish, isn’t sher at CAA as well??
Reese is smiling because she had too much to drink, I recognize that look when she was with Jake.
She is trying to hard to make it look like she moved on from Jake which menas she hasn’t.
Reese’s fans ain’t buying this fake relationship to make Jake jealous.

seriously, I am shocked! I’ve never heard anyone say anything bad about reese witherspoon! I thought she was america’s sweetheart!
