What in the world is that contraption on top of Lady Gaga’s head made of?

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a tree! Lady Gaga stepped out on Feb. 25 in London sporting this interesting get-up for…dinner! It’s one thing to dress crazy when you’re in costume performing on stage, but can you imagine sporting this head-dress at a restaurant? What on the world is on top of her head? Are they horns? Tree branches? A pair of legs? I’m just dying to know how she made it through the restaurant door or into a car wearing that contraption!
