Denise might be asked to testify against Charlie… again!

Brooke Mueller is hardly the first woman to claim she was attacked by Charlie Sheen. In fact, according to TMZ, court records show the accusations she made about her husband’s violent behavior on Christmas Eve are pretty similar to ones made by Denise Richards in 2005 while she and Charlie were married. And now she might be called to testify against Charlie (again) in Aspen!

The D.A. is particularly curious about a declaration signed by Denise under penalty of perjury as part of the restraining order she got against Charlie. In Dec. 2005, Denise claimed Charlie pushed her down during an argument at their home. At the time she said, “[Charlie] pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with [daughter] Lola.” She said he also pointed at her and screamed, “I hope you f—ing die, bitch!.” She said Charlie told her he was going to have her killed, then exclaimed, “You are f—ing with the wrong guy!”

Unreal. So much about Charlie is coming to light, and it sounds like he has some pretty rough court time ahead of him.
