From runway to reality, would you let your slimming shapewear show?

I don’t know about you, but the majority of gals I know would be embarrassed at the thought of someone seeing them in their spanx — but DKNY wants to change that! When I first saw these visible body shapers popping out under shorts and dresses on the DKNY spring 2010 runway, I couldn’t figure out why models were sent out with their shapers were showing, but it looks like it was an attempt at a new trend! On Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr, they look like colored leggings that add a little flair to her outfit, but in reality, they’re working to smooth and shape. The bodyshapers, DKNY smoothies, cost $15 and come in three different lengths, short, hi waist short, and capri style, and come in colors sugar free (nude), blackberry (black), raspberry, orange crush, kiwi, blueberry, and berry burst.
