Rihanna has done it again! She’s constantly taking the fashion world by storm, and now she may even be out-styling Lady Gaga — at least according to R&B performer Ne-Yo. “I like Rihanna’s fashion sense the most,” he told HollywoodLife.com exclusively March 1 at Cosmopolitan‘s ”Fun Fearless Male Awards” at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York.
“Lady Gaga is definitely the most adventurous, we can say that,” Ne-Yo continued. “That’s a really, really hard decision.”
From the sound of things, it appears that RiRi might just be stealing Gaga’s title as pop music’s head fashionista. What do YOU think, BFFs? Vote below!

RiRi is a great artist and her style is f@ckin perfect! Lady gaga is just a weird person who wears strange clothes just 4 the cameras and the MME..I think without those awful clothes and..animals she wear she hadn’t had the fame she has now..riri is a fashion icon becuz shz strange n’ normal with limits…gaga is full strange and is nt normal at all…weird sometime’s good but with limits…greece luv u riri!

LMAO that was the funniest thing I’ve ever read… Rihanna is definitely the best at everything, including fashion. Lady Gaga is amazing, but come on, being able to wear a lobster on your head doesn’t mean you have good fashion sense… And LOlz to those of you people who say RiRi is copying Gaga… Go watch “Disturbia” and then tell me who’s copying who. That was from 2008 and before Lady Gaga really existed as the “crazy dresser”… And in Rihanna’s “Hard” video from December, she had a shirt with tape over the nipples and then Gaga comes out in Februrary with a shirt with tape over the nipples, really? I’m not hating on Lady Gaga or anything but I just don’t get why wearing differed colored stuff over you face and head everyday makes you a fashion icon… Her music is great though and she seems really nice in interviews (: But Rihanna is still the best :D <3

rihanna does not copy gaga. i think rihanna always had a crazy style in fashion before gaga came into the industry..please? goo goo gaga.get the f outta here..her music is not that good.all her songs sound the same.rihanna always bring something new. rihanna always had a crazy fashion style that attracted people ..just look at umbrella video. and rihanna always made songs about crazy mental patients like emergency room, disturbia, rehab and now gaga is doing it..oh yea rude boy is the # 1 song in the country and rated r is the best pop album of 2009 lets see if gaga will make it to that level

Rihanna is high fashion all the way. Designers pay her to sit in on their fashion shows because they know to get their name out there, all they have to do is get her in their clothes. One of my favs by her is the outfit where she is wearing a tuxedo. That was too fly for words. Everything LG does scream’s, ‘LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME….PLEASE LOOK AT ME’ I use to think she was on another level with her fashion but not anymore. Her ridiculous, attention-seeking outfits are really getting on my nerves.

Oh puhlease. First of all rih rih been dressing like this. Whoever saw her gggb tour knows this! Yu can’t call gaga a fashionista or a style icon imo unless yu r a drag queen. To be a true fashion icon ppl have to want to emulate yu nd try to copy wat yur wearing and dats whre rihanna comes in. Whenever ppl c her they always want to knw wat she’s wearing. In gagas case yea its art but at the end of the day they still want wat rihanna is wearing.

Neyo is right! Rihanna takes fashion risks and puts together well thought out high fashipned pieces. Gaga wears ridiculous COSTUMES! I applaud Gaga’s “idgaf” attitude but I dont consider her a fashionist at all. So….. Rihanna wins. =)
I don’t think you can compare these girls. It’s like comparing two different arts, you cannot say which is better. While Rihanna might be considered a fashion icon, I don’t think Ga Ga cares about that, she wears costumes to express and provoke. I think Rihanna dresses up to seduce.
I like Rihanna for being different from the other pop singers. But I admire Gaga for the guts to be her wild and crazy self, without giving a damn if anyone likes her.

Rihanna’s and Lady Gaga’s style is totally different. Gaga does it as art and Rihanna just does it. Rihanna didn’t even really even dress like this until Lady Gaga came out on the scene.

Rihanna hands down gaga just wears costumes u cant wear that nowhere unlike rihanna she gives u everything from hairstyles to makeup to sexy stylish dresses u can wear. rihanna can give u everything from gothic to classic to modern to high fashion. Plus rihanna has the perfect body, more gorgeous and sexier than gaga. Just because u can wear a broom on ur haed dont make u a fashionista.
Even the judges of project runway choose rihanna over as the fashionista and stated gaga was more of a drag queen and how her clothes are unwearable.

Ummm.. Gaga dresses for Halloween everyday. Seriously. That’s cool if that’s her thing. If anything, it’s art.
If regular people started taping lamp shades to their head, no one would think that’s cute.
If *I* had to choose, I’d pick Rihanna. And I don’t even like the girl. I don’t like either of their music. Their outfits are more interesting than the music.
Gaga sings about riding disco sticks, and I’m wondering how many people it took to hold up the metal hula-hoops while Gaga uses the bathroom.

Rihanna is def the top fashionista in pop music over gaga. Shes been doing it for years now…She gets paid 100,000+ to appear at fashion shows, Has done almost every fashion mag, Her style is very out there and original w/o doing to much, etc etc. Gaga is OK. Nobody can really wear what she wears…sometimes shes over the top…And its NOT that original TRUST…Its very Costumey. She has great fashion sense but not over rihanna…Like Come On, get Real. Yea she’s hot shiit right now but get off the bandwagon and look at true facts!

How can we compare these 2? There is no competition for Ms Ga Ga in fashion..She is unique..Rihanna need to be herself…STOP MIMICING other female artists like Beyonce or Ms Ga Ga…Her new video is a follow up of Beyonce/Ms Ga Ga’s video phone. She is a decent looking girl but not on those 2 women’s level in the entertainment industry. Do you!
