From fabulous to fussy, which ruffle dress was best?

From Vera Farmiga‘s bold Marchesa, Zoe Saldana‘s Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, and Demi Moore and Elizabeth Banks, both in Atelier Versace, the ruffles ruled the Oscars red carpet on March 7! While ruffles can be feminine, (like on Zoe and Elizabeth), they can easily go from fun to fussy! Who wore ruffles best?
