Check Out The Cutest — And Quirkiest — Oscars Couple Moments!

So many super hot duos walked the red carpet at The Academy Awards on Mar. 7! Precious actress Mariah Carey brought her always helpful hubby Nick Cannon on the carpet, George Clooney had the ever-lovely Elisabetta Canalis, and Matt Damon took his wife Luciana as his gorgeous date!

• George Clooney and his Italian television star Elisabetta looked smoking hot and gorgeous on the carpet! At one point, George was seen helping her with her train on the carpet, which was super sweet! But then he made a remark to ABC red carpet host Sherri Shepherd about Elisabetta, saying, “she doesn’t speak English!” Hmm, rude!

• Matt Damon and Luciana are so sweet together, and seem like a really happy couple! But we did notice a little bit of weirdness between this two. During Matt’s red carpet interviews, Luciana was standing in the background, almost off camera. At first we thought maybe she was just shy … but then we saw Matt take her hands and press them into her lap while she was clapping for him. Do we think maybe he’s a little controlling?

• Of course, there was Mariah and Nick, the most love-y dove-y couple ever! Nick complimented her, helped her when her bracelet got caught in her dress, and of course … held a mint that she took out of her mouth?

• Obviously last night was all about Sandra Bullock … but it wasn’t really at all about Jesse James! When Sandra accepted her Best Actress award for her performance in The Blind Side, she didn’t individually thank her husband! She just pointed to him, called him “that” and said she was grateful! Though we did notice as Sandra was walking off, she looked like she wanted to go back to the mic … maybe she realized she forgot to thank him?

• But of course, there was the cutest couple moment of all time during last night’s Oscar Awards! As Jeff Bridges was accepting his Best Actor award for Crazy Heart, he made sure to thank his wife of 33 year, Susan Geston. She totally had tears in her eyes … and so did we!
