How Jennifer Aniston Gets Her Great, Glowing Legs!

Ever wonder how Jennifer Aniston always looks so great in her short dresses? Just look how rocking her legs looked at the afterparty for her new flick, The Bounty Hunter on Mar. 16 in NYC! For Jen, it’s a combination of exercise and taking great care of her skin. Her fitness guru and makeup artist give us her tricks!
How Jen stays fit.
“Jen’s fitness routine is absolutely 100% accessible,” fitness guru Mandy Ingber tells us. “The key to having a great body is consistency, finding things you can do on a daily basis.”
“It’s not that complicated,” Mandy assures us. “We do 30-40 minutes of cardio in one form or another; elliptical, spinning, any version of cardio, really, and not every time either! Then we do 30-45 minutes of yoga. I like to do sun salutations with her, and a little bit of flow yoga with toning exercises from a chair, squats, lunges, pull-ups from a plank and then ab work. We mix it up like that. And then we’ll always do 15 minutes of stretching.”
How Jen gets glowing legs.
“She comes out of the shower and puts a moisturizer on and that’s it,” says her makeup artist Angela Levin. “I’m not kidding! Her skin is like velvet, its unbelievable. You get hypnotized with her skin.” A big part of Jen’s glow is her gorgeous tan. “She’s a Greek girl so it always has that beautiful suntanned look,” Angela says. So, how can you look like Jen? “If you don’t have a little bit of a tan, make sure skin is well moisturized. Once the moisturizer has soaked in your skin, you can take your bronzer and run a little bit on your skin,” Angela suggests.

To begin with, women’s glowing , shining legs are not attractive. Now most will admit that a good tan on a pair of legs doesn’t look bad. But to get a good tan can be done only two ways. One can lay out in the sun or tanning bed or use tanning sprays. The first choice will lead to cancer in almost everyone. The second choice is very expensive, and the prolonged use of the chemicals in those sprays will be bad for one’s skin. The absolutely only great look on a woman’s legs is for them to wear either pantyhose, thigh highs or stockings. The only reason, beyond any doubt, to why women by a majority don’t wear anything on their legs is the fact that they were brainwashed by Hollywood types and Clothing designers into believing that wearing anything on their legs is “not the in thing to do.” Then these same women convince women who actually love to wear nylons that it just isn’t “the in thing to do.” The wearing of nylons on women’s legs not only make their legs look much more attractive, they help with muscle tone and blood circulation. But women asserting their independents in the past has gotten them into trouble before. In the 1960′s and early 1970′s women by the millions said, “hell no” to wearing a bra. Their asinine mind-set was that man made the “bra” and they weren’t going to be forced to wear one. Well, all of those women that chose to not wear a bra for all of those years had Breast hanging down to their knees by the time they were 40 years old. Women chosing to not wear nylons on their legs due to a very asinine reasoning are going to suffer a plight just the same from skin cancer, poor circulation/muscle tone and varicose veins. Again, wearing a bra and nylons is a much better choice in the long run.
