The sexy premiere of Kristen Stewart’s new flick ‘The Runaways’ just went down in NYC — and HollywoodLife.com has the first red-carpet shots, as well as Kristen’s dish on how she became such an amazing Joan Jett!
Just steps away from the downtown NYC clubs where teen punk princesses The Runaways played some of their greatest gigs, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning walked the red carpet with the original band to celebrate the opening of their rocker-biopic The Runaways.
Kristen told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the hardest part of becoming Joan was “the performances … I’m not a performer, so the singing. You learn so much about yourself.”
Dakota told us that playing Cherie Currie was a dream role: “Playing someone so iconic is so wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better real life person to get to play.”

I totally agree!! She looks sooooooo uncomfortable, therefore she doesn’t look sexy or that great at all, just awkward. She’s 19, she should be wearing something fun and edgy, her frame isn’t really a full womens body yet and they’re putting her in these ultra sexy dresses, just doesn’t work!!!! Kristen, fire your stylist!!!!!!!!!! I think her legs could use a spray tan because the lighting is giving them a pale purplish shade.
I think they both look super cute!

Why are they putting her in little sleeveless dresses? She obviously hates them and doesn’t look comfortable. Put her in a cutting edge jacket with leggings and high heels, and she rocks it, like she did at the US Remember Me premier. Why can’t she have her own style, instead of this fad little dress phase. It’s clearly not for her.
